Serverius achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification

Today, the datacenter Serverius achieved the ISO 9001:2008 certificate. This complies Serverius to the International Standard for Organization (ISO) standard. This means they work according to strict rules, that internal processes are well organized and the quality is guaranteed.

The comprehensive process description of the entire service portfolio ensures a consistent level of service and our innovation is better organized and well implemented. Our achieved ISO certificate shows that our organization is well organized, and that it is really working. Therefore, our entire team is very proud of our stable organization structure of our datacenter”.

This International Standard specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
